Small towns tend to be breeding grounds for all sorts of dodgy characters with very diluted, brainwashed, mad mentality. As much as I appreciate the physical beauty of my hometown and the kindness of some of the people that live there, the ignorance and narrow mindedness of others is a major turn off. I don’t want to see the day I’d be bumping elbows with racist, intolerant, small minded people again.
