It still boggles me to this day why some people would choose to be in a relationship when they can’t keep the promise or contact of being exclusive. There are various kinds of relationships now, but for most people, if I’m not mistaken, once you’ve entered a relationship, you’ve proclaimed your vow to be committed and not be entangled with anybody else. If you can’t keep your zips close when your partner’s away, why bother getting married or having a boyfriend or a girlfriend? If the “deed” was indeed an accident, why keep on repeating it? And why stay in the relationship? Is it to mentally abuse the other person?
